Youths of Kericho Training and Empowerment Program (YTEP) is a Community-Based Organization dedicated to empowering young people across Kericho County through education, advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement.

Founded by local youth, for youth, YTEP believes in the power of knowledge, support, and opportunity. Our work centers on helping young people understand their rights, develop essential life skills, and become active contributors to society.

But as the mental health crisis grows, we are expanding our mission:
To tackle the emotional and psychological challenges our youth face—and build a culture of support, openness, and resilience.
